This 2 page Classic Book Report template is perfect for students doing individual reading programs. In my class, students enjoy reading throughout the year during silent reading blocks and also at home. When finished reading their books, students are asked to complete the Classic Book Report to show what they learned and also to help me keep track of what they are reading.
This resource has been a nice addition to my classroom. I hope you find it useful too!

great template to use for book reports. simple and easy to follow
I offer my students a variety of book report forms to complete their reports each month. Some of my students like the traditional way of reporting on a book. This fits nicely into my choices of reports.
